Welcome to Wayside Middle School Girls' Basketball

Our STMS Girls' Basketball team had an outstanding season last year! They broke Wayside records for wins and points scored at the middle school Girls' level! They also had the most amount of athletes (19) ever on their team! The Girls fought hard the entire year and were competitive in every single game! They went 3-0 against three 6A UIL opponents, the first time that has ever happened for a Wayside team! They earned a 2nd place finish in HCAL district play, and only missed the playoffs by 1/2 of a game! We are extremely proud of what our Girls accomplished last season!

This season the Girls are determined to rebuild their winning culture from the previous season. Their #1 goal is create a pipeline of success that will carry them through to their high school careers. The foundation is not only extremely solid, but the program is being built the right way from the ground up. The future is bright for our Girls' basketball program!
